Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so cancellations are only possible before your order enters fulfillment. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at paul@sentrywiring.comor call (513) 444-4082 during business hours.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you're looking for a quote, please submit a request through our website using the "Request a Quote" button on the product page or the dedicated Quote Request form. This ensures we have all the necessary details to respond quickly and accurately.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We typically ship to addresses within the United States. If you need to ship to another country, please contact us directly atpaul@sentrywiring.comto discuss your request. We’ll be happy to explore shipping options with you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you submit a quote request through our website and approve the final quote, your order will typically be processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, shipping times depend on the shipping method selected in your approved quote.

We offer multiple shipping options, including expedited services for an additional fee. Estimated delivery times will be provided in your quote before you confirm your order.

Please note that orders requiring freight shipping—usually larger or heavier products—may take longer to deliver due to special handling and scheduling. Our team will keep you informed with tracking details and updates throughout the shipping process.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Return Policy

At Sentry Wiring Products, we are committed to providing quality automotive wiring solutions and stand behind the products we distribute.

Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products

We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The item you received does not match the product listed on your original order, or
  • The item has a manufacturer defect.

In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing paul@sentrywiring.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Store Credit for Other Returns

If you would like to return an item for any other reason, we offer store credit for returns made within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Is in resalable condition

Shipping costs for store credit returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.

Additional Information

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for refund or credit.
  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds for eligible returns (due to order errors or factory defects) will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Store credit, if applicable, will be issued within the same timeframe.
